Red Chips (RC) Pick-up pets

So i bought this baby Saphryan pick up pet, and when i use pet filter. he picks nothing.. even Gods Coins. Penya.. RC.. so i use my Chicken instead.. i thought pick up pets from RC Shops are faster to pick items..

Hehehehe. Anyways, yes, the RC looter pets are just for design or cosmetics. Nontheless, we receive a lot of complains and reports about it. I have talked to the owner regard this concern. We will take necessary actio. Thank you for the report Mister  more power and god blas.

I decided to post here instead of making another threat about it but I'm also having the same issue. I recently bought a Baby Red Meteonyker for 50k rc(Funny thing, I clicked on the Red Meteonyker because I didn't want the baby version but somehow I still got that)and its refusing to pickup god coins. I haven't tested it out on other stuff but most of the time it'll not pick up god coins and randomly pick up quest items even though I have that checked to NOT be picked up. I was told by a GM that the pets are still bugged but being unaware of this I was wondering if its possible to receive some kind of refund or compensation for this. Also, when is this going to be fixed? Not looking for it to be rushed or anything because this is obviously a pretty small matter compared to other things but I'm just trying to get as much information as I can.

guide how to use pick up pets
on your keyboard press "U" then summon your baby Saphryan pick up pet,
if your pet doesnt pick anything.
press OK twice
